New Year’s Resolution: Get rid of my heel pain!

Coming up with New Year’s Resolutions is easy. Keeping them has always been hard for me. But this year is going to be different. I’ve come to realize that by resolving my heel pain, my other two resolutions will fall into place.

This year’s New Year’s Resolutions:

  1. Get rid of my heel pain
  2. so I can… Lose weight
  3. so I can… Swing Dance Again

I was dreading the New Year because of my ongoing heel pain. Heel pain from the moment I get out of bed until the time my head reaches the pillow in the evening has been my excuse for gaining weight, putting off exercise, and avoiding the things I love. I even had to give up my Friday night swing dancing socials due to the pain. 

I never got around to resolving my heel pain LAST year, but I am determined to put it 1st on my list THIS year. I know that if I resolve my heel pain, my other two resolutions can be reached in no time AND I will be happier overall.
